How to Use
Brush your child’s teeth twice daily, in the morning and evening, using a soft, age-appropriate toothbrush under adult supervision, or as directed by a dentist.
For Children Aged 1 to Under 3 Years
Use a very small amount of toothpaste, no more than a smear the size of a grain of rice.
A parent or caregiver should brush the child’s teeth.
Minimize swallowing of the toothpaste as much as possible.
For Children Aged 3 to 5 Years
Use a small amount of toothpaste, no more than a pea-sized amount.
Brush the teeth for approximately two minutes under adult supervision.
Teach the child to spit out the toothpaste after brushing and not to swallow it.
Avoid rinsing the mouth with large amounts of water after brushing.

Do not use more toothpaste than the recommended amount for the child’s age.
If the child is receiving fluoride from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor.
