Description

A topical ointment containing Medical Sulfur BP in strengths of 3%, 5%, 10%, or 20%. It has antiparasitic, antifungal, and antiseptic properties. It helps reduce the growth of certain fungi and microorganisms, removes excess oil and dead skin cells, and supports the management of various skin conditions while improving the skin’s appearance.

Indications

Helps manage scabies, superficial fungal infections, seborrheic dermatitis, acne, dandruff, and other skin conditions as directed by a physician.

Ingredients

Medical Sulfur BP (3%, 5%, 10%, or 20%).

White Petrolatum, Natural Beeswax, Paraffin Oil.

Directions for Use

Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly, then apply a thin layer of the ointment once or twice daily, or as directed by a physician. For scabies, use according to the prescribed treatment regimen and wash clothing and bed linens thoroughly to help prevent reinfestation.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, nose, and mucous membranes. Do not apply to open wounds or cracked skin, or if you are allergic to sulfur or any of the ingredients. Discontinue use and consult a physician if severe irritation or rash occurs. Consult a physician before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Possible Side Effects

Mild redness, dryness, slight skin peeling, or a temporary burning or stinging sensation may occur. In rare cases, skin irritation or allergic reactions may develop.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children. Keep the container tightly closed after each use.
