Directions for Use

For general daily use:

Spray directly onto the arms, abdomen, or legs, then massage gently until fully absorbed. Preferably use after showering.

For muscles and joints:

Spray directly onto tired or sore areas after exercise or strenuous physical activity, then massage gently until absorbed.

For relaxation and sleep support:

Spray an appropriate amount onto the feet or shoulders about one hour before bedtime, then massage gently to help promote relaxation and improve sleep quality.

For skin care:

Spray onto dry or sensitive skin and spread gently until absorbed. A patch test on a small area of skin is recommended before use.
